| 10:00 AM | Community Performance in MPHS Community Memorial Stadium | |

Change out of uniform, load trailers NOTE: Most instruments will be loaded on the bus |

| 2:00 PM | Arrive at Ford Field, we will stop at a Rest Area to change into uniform on the way | |
| 3:20 PM | Trailers arrive at Ford Field, students meet at unloading area to unload trailers (we have a 15 minute window in which to unload) | |
| 3:35 PM | Outdoor warm-up and prop assembly (30 minutes) | |
| 4:05 PM | Move to tunnel | |
| 4:20 PM | Pit and props proceed through tunnel, indoor warm-up for winds | |
| 4:50 PM | Meet at end of tunnel | |
| 5:05 PM | Re-group in end zone and prepare for performance | |
| 5:20 PM | Performance | |
| 5:35 PM | Exit field and enter tunnel, band will assemble in stands for group picture | |
| 5:50 PM | Parents and helpers will move equipment to trailers and begin loading. Band and staff will remain in the stands through the awards ceremony (with instruments) | |
| 7:20 PM | Awards for Flight III | |
| 7:50 PM | Load busses and leave for Mount Pleasant. We will stop at a rest area to put horns in cases and back on the white trailer. We will need to have students call for a ride as we get near Mount Pleasant, it will be impossible to predict how long it might take to get out of the Ford Field/Comerica Park area with all of the busses and equipment trailers. If possible; this website will be updated around 8:00 PM to indicate the flight III results and our expected arrival time. It will probably be 11:30 PM or later... |

We will be providing 2 methods of transportation for parents, family members, and interested students. There will be a 3rd school bus (free) and a Charter Bus ($30.00 charge). Tickets to the event at Ford Field are CASH ONLY, $12 for students, $16 for adults, available at the door.
