After using Shutterfly for 2 years, it was time for a change...Shutterfly was OK, but I was looking for some additional features.  So, after a few days of uploading photos, creating albums, and setting up some groups...we are now using WALMART.COM.  Why:

 

1) Order prints and have them delivered anywhere in the world, or available at any Wal-Mart photo department in an hour

2) Unlimited storage space for images and unlimited uploads

3) Prints are as low as $.12 each

4) Slide show is available for viewing each album

5) We have "Group Rooms" where anyone (with appropriate permissions) can upload their own photos

6) Wal-Mart has many different types of photo products at very reasonable prices.  Photo T-shirts, for example, are around $10.00

7) The original high-resolution photos are stored, you can crop any photo before printing.

8) It is possible to download the original images (up to 10 at a time) to your computer.

 

The only down side (that I just found out...) is that you have to have a Wal-Mart photo account to view the pictures.  But, if you want to print anything, you'd need one, so I guess it's not a big deal... If you follow any of the links, it will take you to a page where you can sign up.

 

With that in mind, all of these links point to within the WalMart.com site.  Take a look around, tell your family and friends about the site, and if you see a picture that you'd like a copy of for you or a family member, please feel free to order it.  There are more pictures here than we ever had uploaded to Shutterfly, so I can guarantee there are pictures now available that you have never seen before.
